Brightshores Health System seeks a part-time, temporary Respiratory Therapist for a direct replacement assignment. Reporting to the Manager, Critical Care and Respiratory Services, you will support patients with varied heart and lung disorders. The position includes clinical care, equipment maintenance, teaching, and departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver therapeutic care for diverse heart and lung disorders
- Perform diagnostic procedures for patients across clinical areas
- Maintain quality control of complex respiratory equipment




- Teach patients and adults using transparent clinical communication
- Participate in meetings and departmental or corporate projects

Requirements:

- Registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario
- Recent acute or critical care inpatient experience
- Current BCLS and NRP certification
- Ability to work in Sleep Lab and other services
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
