This senior role oversees accounting operations, financial integrity, internal controls, audit support, and process enhancement. Reporting to the SVP, Controller, you will standardize workflows, improve systems, and develop a high-performing accounting team. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives
- Lead systems and workflow enhancements across finance operations
- Oversee accurate financial records across multiple entities
- Partner with Reporting, FP&A;, Treasury,



and Technology leaders
- Coach and develop the accounting team

Requirements:

- Ten-plus years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience leading finance transformation and systems initiatives
- Public accounting or external audit experience strongly preferred
- Publicly traded organization experience in complex environments
- Proven ability to develop teams and influence senior stakeholders
