You will support concept, research, development, current product introduction, production support, and continuous improvement. The work combines requirements, specifications, schedules, technical reviews, and manufacturing transition.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate front-end research programs, prototypes, evaluations, and reports
Develop or support requirements, specifications, and test plans
Create detailed R&D; schedules and provide resourcing input
Support gate reviews, progress updates,



and issue escalations
Coordinate technical transition through new product introduction and deployment

Requirements:
Degree in Physics or Engineering Physics
Five-plus years in new product development
Proven product or systems development background
Experience with multidisciplinary cooperative teams
Solid communication, detail, and presentation skills
