This Senior Engineer position focuses on complex fluid-heat transfer analyses for aircraft design and right sizing. You will address pipe network flow, heat transfer, in-flight icing, and thermodynamics challenges. The work includes CFD and finite elements analyses using specialized engineering software.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform coupled fluid-heat transfer CFD analyses
Solve pipe network flow and thermodynamics challenges
Frame analysis results within aircraft design contexts
Prepare test plans and document test results




Write and update Engineering practice documents

Requirements:
Master’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
Five to eight years of internal flow CFD experience
Knowledge of Star-CCM+, Ansys Fluent, SpaceClaim, and SimCenter3D
Advanced Excel knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency
Willingness to travel for short-term assignments
