Main Responsibilities

Ensure full management of assigned files.
Draft and review various legal documents, pleadings, and agreements.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic opinions and recommendations.
Collaborate with other professionals in the firm to deliver high-quality, multidisciplinary service.
Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients.
Stay up to date on legislative and jurisprudential developments in the field of practice.





Candidate Profile
Member in positive standing of the Barreau du Québec.
Experience in family law.
Excellent skills in legal drafting and court representation.
Rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team within a multidisciplinary setting.
