Northland Properties Corporation seeks an Architectural Technologist for its Construction & Design Team. The position supports building design across a diverse project pipeline, coordinating architectural work with interior design, consultants, contractors, and other disciplines. You will prepare permit packages, address RFIs, and review construction information.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
Coordinate development and building permit documentation
Integrate architectural, interior, and engineering drawings




Respond to and track contractor RFIs
Review shop drawings and conduct site inspections

Requirements:
At least five years of architectural experience
Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent
Robust AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office knowledge
Permit submission and authority response experience
Knowledge of Canadian and British Columbia building codes
