Monitor global laboratory quality data in North Vancouver with ALS, using analytical knowledge, audits, and critical problem-solving skills. Travel may be required.

The Global Quality Officer reviews quality control performance across ALS laboratories and supports consistent analytical services. You will work with regional quality and laboratory staff, investigate findings, and help resolve client quality inquiries. The position requires communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform vertical audits and report findings
Monitor global quality indicators and performance
Evaluate Geochemistry round robin programs
Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Conduct in office audits as Lead Auditor

Requirements:
Recognized B.Sc. or Technical Diploma in Chemistry
At least one year with contemporary analytical techniques
Experience with AAS, ICP, ICP-MS, or Fire Assay
Solid communication, research, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
