The Manager, Internal Audit and ICFR Testing executes IT testing for HOOPP’s ICFR program and supports the Internal Audit Plan. This role partners with IT, Finance, and Business groups to identify risks and improve operational and financial controls. It presents complex audit issues to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute IT testing for the ICFR program
Verify controls mitigate IT and business risks
Prepare detailed audit working papers
Develop practical action plans with client management
Monitor management remediation and report accurately

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related business field
CA, CPA, CGA, CMA, and CISA designations
Minimum eight years leading relevant internal audits
Expertise in ITGCs, EUC controls, and internal controls
Knowledge of Internal Auditing Standards, GAAP, C-SOX, and COSO
