Springs Dept shift:

Manufacturing assembly: 5am to 3:30 pm Mon to Thursday

• Solid mathematical and mechanical skills; able to read measuring tape

•Ability to use micrometers and veneers is an asset

•Able to work with Alpha-numeric storage system

•Able to read measures: a square, tape measure and wrenches 3⁄4”-1 1⁄4”.

•Set-up and operate Bender, Punch, Drill Press, and Band Saw

•Able to read and understand drawings

•Work from pick list to prepare for shipping

•Perform minor changeovers on tooling & light maintenance and lubrication

•Clearly identify parts and keep in proper location

•Comply with labour reporting procedures

•Maintain paperwork

•Modify and assemble custom track sets as required

•Ability to create and print labels

•Able to lift up to 60 lbs.

•Set up and adjust commercial track jig





•Have a transparent understanding of all the different track set configurations

Interpersonal Skills:

•Able to read and write English

•Able to work independently with minimal supervision

•Able to work well with others

•Positive comprehension & mechanical skills

Other:

•Willing and able to work shifts and overtime when needed

•Learn new procedures in a short period of time

•Other duties as assigned
