We're looking for a reliable and qualified individual to provide temporary reception coverage from November 20, 2026 to January 22, 2027. The Receptionist is the face of our organization and will be the first point of contact for our customers over the phone and in person. Duties and Responsibilities

Cores Responsibilities:
Operate a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department in a courteous and qualified manner
Distribute mail/faxes
Issuing customer invoices
Respond to emails in a timely manner
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area




Perform various clerical duties as requested
Maintain the filing system
Ensure that the reception area is never left unattended
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
Monitor the front counter to ensure customers have been greeted and looked after
Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.

Shift Schedule:

The shift schedule is from Monday to Friday and the hours are follows:
November 23, 2026 to December 28, 2026: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
December 29, 2026 to January 22, 2027: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
