Working individually or as part of small or large teams, the agent uses custom in-house tools to manage interactions with a moderate volume of customers efficiently.

Collect and document customer feedback
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge

Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts effectively
Valuable time management and teamwork abilities
Experience with data entry, sales, closing, and application processing




Familiarity with iPad use and memorization skills
