Key Responsibilities:
Assist students with mild to severe needs
Implement student Individual Program Plans
Apply positive, proactive behavioural interventions
Facilitate positive peer interactions among students
Assist students with running, lifting, and toileting





Requirements:
Robust interpersonal and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
Positive approach to social-emotional-behavioural needs
Education Assistant Program or equivalent training is an asset
Experience with Positive Behavioral Supports and visual supports
Elementary experience and autism-spectrum knowledge are assets
