SNDL is seeking a seasonal Sales Associate for its Wine & Beyond Sage Hills store. The position focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering exemplary service, and maintaining a customer mindset. You will educate customers about products, complete required training, and help keep the store ready to serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and guide them to requested products
Educate, advise, and suggest products to customers
Complete POS transactions and follow cash-handling procedures
Stock shelves and coolers with products
Participate in merchandising, promotions, cleaning, and maintenance
Requirements:
Minimum one year of retail workplace experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
ProServe or Serving It Right Certification
Solid written, verbal, and teamwork skills
