Night Line Registered Nurse work with Optima Living, applying direct nursing care, medication administration, and person-centered support during part time shifts.

Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Nurse collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to deliver resident care. The position supports personal care plans, accurate documentation, resident education, and respectful communication. Care aligns with organizational policies, regulations, and person-centered principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care, treatments, procedures, and medication administration
Develop and update resident personal care or service plans
Document resident conditions, requirements, and pertinent information accurately
Support palliative care,



end-of-life care, and care after death
Guide Health Care Aides in appropriate resident care procedures

Requirements:
Graduate from an approved school of nursing
Current BCCNM or CRNA license to practice
Active CPR and First Aid certification
Ability to communicate respectfully with residents, families, and teams
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Support Optima Living residents overnight through skilled nursing care, documentation, collaboration, and respectful person-centered practice.
