STEMCELL Technologies seeks a Senior Operations Associate, Biospecimens, for a fixed-term contract ending approximately December 10, 2027. You will manage custom project feasibility workflows, coordinate suppliers, and support product and service delivery. The work requires cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Support sales inquiries and custom requests with accurate operational information
Coordinate processes supporting Biospecimens manufacturing and product sales
Track risks, plan mitigation, and support issue resolution
Facilitate communication across Sales, Customer Support,



and Manufacturing
Execute process improvements across methodologies, tools, and systems

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree major or minor in science or related discipline
Two to six years collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups
Understanding of business processes or product lifecycle management
Solid problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills
Data tools proficiency; Salesforce, SAP, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Snowflake advantageous
