This HR Generalist supports policies, programs, employee guidance, and compliance across Martin Canada. You will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, advantages administration, records, training, and development activities. The position works with local leadership and Corporate Human Resources to support productivity, employee development, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and implement Human Resources policies and programs
Coordinate recruiting, screening, postings, and hiring support
Prepare employment documents and assist onboarding activities




Maintain confidential employee records and HR files
Support advantages, training, wellness, and performance processes

Requirements:
Three to five years of Human Resources experience
Knowledge of Canadian labour laws and employment standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Microsoft Office and HR systems proficiency
