Build full-stack customer management software at Capital One Canada in Toronto, using advanced development, technical design, and architecture skills.

This senior technical, manager-equivalent position has no direct reports. You will develop international Card capabilities while helping transition decision-making from accounts to customers. Key Responsibilities:
Own technical design and development for fault-tolerant application systems
Use full-stack programming languages, databases, and AWS services
Improve developer experience, frameworks, and internal engineering tools




Establish code review standards and engineering best practices
Provide architecture ownership, technical support, and associate mentorship

Requirements:
Build both user-facing front-end and server-side back-end applications
At least eight years of hands-on development experience
At least eight years in application or data design
Experience with AWS or other cloud products
Experience mentoring associates and guiding technical stakeholders
