Process banking transactions and advise customers as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Montréal, Quebec. This is a 24-hour role.

You will serve as a frontline representative in TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business. The position involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable banking solutions, and delivering explicit, courteous service. You will also promote products, refer customers appropriately, and complete branch processes accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities

Deliver quality experiences and recommend operational improvements

Requirements:
High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Robust administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented communication and customer experience skills
