Develop automation solutions with TD Wealth in Toronto, using Excel VBA, Python, Power BI, and data-driven analysis. Support operational transformation across Wealth Operations.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Innovation & Transformation, this role supports automation, recent technology ideation, proof of concepts, EUCs, RPAs, and Wealth Operations projects. You will maintain automation assets, support data-driven solutions, document processes, and apply data governance and risk management practices. The role requires collaboration with Wealth Operations pillars and communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize operational processes using Excel VBA
Troubleshoot complex VBA automation code and existing solutions
Write and troubleshoot Python, Databricks, and PySpark code




Build proof of concepts for recent tools and technologies
Document requirements, process changes, solutions, and best practices

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Four to six years’ similar experience within Wealth Operations
Knowledge of VBA, Excel, Python, PySpark, Databricks, and MS Access
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or Tableau
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
