Paladin Security seeks Healthcare Security Officers for afternoon or overnight lines. You will respond to alarms, emergency requests, and safety incidents while providing customer service. The work includes facility patrols, PPE use, confidentiality, and detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to alarms and emergency requests
Use verbal de-escalation to resolve safety incidents
Complete incident and missing patient reports
Patrol the facility and monitor potential conflicts
Maintain confidentiality while supporting staff, patients, and guests

Requirements:
Valid BC Security License
Customer service and robust interpersonal skills
Calm decision-making during emergency situations
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
Legal authorization to work in Canada
