As Banking Centre Leader I, you will guide Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives within Personal and Business Banking. Your focus includes deepening client relationships, identifying financial needs, and delivering high service standards. You will also recruit employees, create development opportunities, and collaborate with partners on market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, develop, and coach banking centre employees
- Lead by example in client service and relationship development
- Encourage timely complaint resolution and appropriate escalation




- Work with partners to maximize market opportunities
- Recruit employees who demonstrate CIBC values

Requirements:

- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
- Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
- Passion for developing and growing team members’ abilities
- Motivation to accomplish goals and deliver results
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
