Support institutional design delivery with Ontario Building Code knowledge and construction documentation skills at B+H Architects.

This Intermediate Architect supports complex healthcare and institutional projects across multiple design and construction phases. You will contribute to design development, technical detailing, planning, and construction administration activities. The position requires coordination with multidisciplinary consultants, clients, contractors, project managers, and senior architects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to design development and technical detailing activities
- Coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Assist with drawing updates, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration
- Participate in client meetings, workshops,



and coordination sessions
- Ensure work meets codes, accessibility requirements, and industry standards

Requirements:

- Accredited Architecture degree
- Five or more years of qualified architectural experience
- Experience across multiple design and construction phases
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and industry standards
- OAA Intern Architect registration or progress toward registration advantageous
