Apply Ontario Building Code knowledge to healthcare and institutional projects with B+H’s Healthcare team. Coordinate technical documentation, consultants, and construction-phase activities across complex projects.

This Intermediate Architect role supports project delivery from design development through construction administration. You will contribute to technical detailing, project planning, and multidisciplinary coordination while working with clients, consultants, contractors, project managers, and senior architects. B+H seeks architectural experience across multiple design and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to design development, technical detailing, and project planning
- Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
- Respond to RFIs and review project submittals




- Participate in client meetings and design workshops
- Ensure compliance with building codes and accessibility requirements

Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Five or more years’ skilled architectural experience
- Healthcare, institutional, or complex building project experience
- Working knowledge of Ontario Building Code and industry standards
- Strong written, verbal, and organisational skills
