Lifemark Seniors Wellness provides therapy solutions for seniors through partnerships with LTC homes, retirement communities, and seniors’ dwellings. As a physiotherapist, you will create individualized plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, and help patients work toward health goals. The work includes education, prevention, self-management, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals
- Create personalized evidence-informed physiotherapy care plans
- Educate patients and families on self-management strategies




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers for optimal outcomes
- Maintain current knowledge through professional development

Requirements:

- Active license with the provincial regulatory college
- Professional liability insurance when required
- Compassionate communication and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Outpatient LTC experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged
- ADP authorization is an asset
