As a Proposal Coordinator, you will estimate manufacturing, machining, and fabrication work while supporting bid decisions. You will compare supplier and subcontractor quotations, confirm budget pricing and hours, and explain assumptions to Sales and Management. Collaboration with Engineering, Production, and project teams remains central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare estimate sheets for Sales and Management review
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing through RFQs
- Confirm budget pricing and hours with Engineering and Production
- Provide bid timing and expected hours for shop loading




- Transition proposals to projects and identify contract deliverables

Requirements:

- Two to five years relevant estimating, proposal, or tendering experience
- Cost estimating knowledge for manufacturing, machining, and fabrication
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and CRM product knowledge
- Solid analytical, written, oral, and supplier negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple bids and meet deadlines

Use estimating, supplier communication, and proposal development skills to produce accurate manufacturing bids for hydro turbine work.
