As a Jumbo Leader and Bolting Jumbo Operator, you will operate mechanised hydraulic or electric jumbo drills underground. The role requires accurate pattern drilling, face-condition assessment, and ground support implementation. You will also complete development and production work while maintaining serviceable, safe tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read mine instruction plans and drill designed hole patterns
- Carry out underground development and production work
- Complete stripping, ground support, and other mining tasks
- Check tools and equipment remain serviceable and protected
- Identify hazards and address them before issues arise

Requirements:

- Experience assessing underground face ground conditions
- Ability to operate hydraulic or electric jumbo drills
- Understanding of site ground-control requirements
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and legislation
- Punctual attendance at work and required site meetings
