Supervise manufacturing teams in Surrey with coaching, accountability, and daily performance management across a defined value stream. This IEM role requires 100% in-office presence.

The Operations Supervisor leads Team Leads and Operators while partnering with the Operations Manager on constraints, continuous improvement, and work-center flow. You will help teams meet safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, takt time, and schedule expectations. Success requires collaboration with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and evaluate Team Leads and Operators daily
- Foster accountability, safety, and teamwork across production teams
- Ensure adherence to build schedules and takt time
- Lead Tier 2 daily management meetings
- Enforce safety, 5S, standard work, and operational policies

Requirements:

- Experience with coaching and performance management
- Conflict resolution and feedback capability
- Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and visual factory principles
- Root cause analysis skills using structured methods
- Ability to prioritize production activities
