And if you're comfortable with computers, enjoy working with technology, or have a creative side for social media, that's even better What You'll Be Doing Customer Service & Sales
- Welcome customers with a friendly smile and a helping hand
- Help customers find the right boots, jeans, western wear, workwear, hats, and accessories
- Fit boots and help customers find the right size and style
- Build genuine relationships with our customers
- Operate our POS system and handle transactions
- Make sure every customer leaves happy and confident with their purchase Store Operations & Inventory
- Keep the sales floor looking sharp, organized, and well stocked
- Unpack, price, barcode, tag, and put away current merchandise
- Help maintain accurate inventory and organize the back room
- Create eye-catching displays and merchandise new arrivals
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly Online Store & Digital Tasks We're more than just boots on shelves We're also growing our online presence, and we'd love someone who enjoys the digital side of retail. Depending on your skills and interests, you may also help with:
- Processing, packing, and preparing online orders for shipping or pickup
- Barcoding products and entering inventory into our computer system
- Adding recent products, descriptions, photos, and prices to our online store
- Updating product information and keeping online inventory accurate
- Helping create social media content for Facebook, Instagram,



and TikTok
- Taking product photos and highlighting new arrivals, promotions, and popular items
- Bringing fresh ideas to help us grow our online store and social media presence If you're computer savvy, organized, and enjoy learning new technology, we'd love to put those skills to good use Who We're Looking For We want someone who:
- Is friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people

- Have experience with retail POS or inventory systems
- Have used Shopify or other online selling platforms
- Enjoy creating social media posts, photos, or short videos
- Have experience with product barcoding, data entry, or online orders
- Have a knack for merchandising, photography, or creative marketing
