Our team provides integrated care through chiropractic, physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning. About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team at our Ilderton location. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build their practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, working alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, and other rehabilitation professionals. You will provide individualized massage therapy treatments to support injury recovery, pain management, mobility, relaxation, and athletic performance. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized massage therapy assessments and treatments based on patient needs and goals.
- Treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, sports-related injuries, and general soft-tissue concerns.
- Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.




- Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare providers to support coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients on recovery strategies, self-care, and injury prevention.
- Maintain professional standards and comply with all applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Graduate of a recognized massage therapy program.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
