Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and policy change requests
• Manage renewals and generate important ITVs
• Follow established team workflows and processes
• Act as the first contact for claim reporting
• Generate proofs of insurance, including Liability Slips
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of front-line insurance experience
• OTL or RIBO license required
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with experience using Applied Epic
