Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced *WRT-certified SUBCONTRACTOR* to join our growing demolition team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on who can effectively manage projects, oversee crews, and ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restoration crews on water mitigation and restoration projects.
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, monitoring, and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
- Coordinate daily job site activities and communicate project expectations to team members.
- Maintain accurate records, photos, and moisture readings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Train, mentor, and support crew members to promote team development and efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with clients, property managers, and insurance representatives.




- Manage equipment, materials, and job site organization. Requirements
- Current WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred.
- Previous experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, demolition or related construction trades.
- Demonstrated leadership and crew management experience.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in rapid-paced environments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong knowledge of Safety Standards and Practices. Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 50.0 per week Work
