About the Role
RED Mountain Homes is looking for an outgoing, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Host & Marketing Coordinator to join our team for the 2026/27 winter season. This hybrid position combines guest hospitality and sales support with administrative and marketing coordination. Based at the RED Mountain Homes Discovery Centre, you'll be one of the first points of contact for visitors interested in mountain homeownership, while also working closely with our Sales & Marketing team to support daily operations, coordinate marketing initiatives, and keep important tasks and deadlines on track. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can confidently balance a welcoming, guest-facing role with the organization and attention to detail required behind the scenes. Compensation ranging from $38,727 to $45,926 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. ###

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Discovery Centre Operations
- Welcome visitors to the Discovery Centre and provide a friendly, professional introduction to RED Mountain Homes.
- Share information about our residential communities, including The Daly, The Glades, and The Wildwood.
- Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing for tours, and welcoming prospective purchasers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Discovery Centre, including presentation materials, refreshments, and displays.
- Capture visitor information, record inquiries, and ensure prospective buyers are connected with the appropriate sales team member. ### Sales Administration & Coordination




- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including scheduling, purchaser communications, and follow-up coordination.
- Assist with preparing, organizing, and tracking real estate documentation, including contracts, amendments, deposits, subject removal dates, and other transaction deadlines under the direction of the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales documentation, and CRM information, including lead tracking and follow-up activities.
- Support internal organization and workflow management, ensuring administrative tasks, outstanding items, and important deadlines are followed through to completion. ### Marketing & Event Coordination
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Support the preparation and distribution of email campaigns, event invitations, marketing materials, and other communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external marketing partners, and vendors to track deliverables, approvals, and deadlines.
- Assist with homeowner gatherings, open houses, VIP weekends, mountain tours, and resort events, including invitations, registrations, setup, hospitality, and post-event follow-up.




- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities designed to generate leads, encourage Discovery Centre visits, and build interest in RED Mountain Homes. ### Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in administration, marketing coordination, hospitality, real estate, sales support, or customer service is an asset.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and following tasks through to completion.
- Proficient with common office software, including Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or project management tools is an asset.
- Real estate administration or transaction coordination experience is an asset, but not required.
- Enthusiasm for skiing, snowboarding, mountain living, and the RED Mountain community.
