Bring music and pop culture knowledge to Hot Topic as a Seasonal Key Holder supporting customer experience, sales, and store leadership.

This seasonal retail position supports the Store Manager and leadership team during daily operations. You will use product knowledge, customer service, selling skills, and fandom expertise to help customers find merchandise they love. The role also includes training recent Sales Associates and supporting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide memorable shopping experiences through product knowledge and service
Support store leadership and run operations when needed
Drive UPT and ADT against sales plan goals
Operate registers and communicate shortages or overages
Train new Sales Associates and maintain organized spaces

Requirements:
Previous retail workplace experience
Solid customer service and selling abilities
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds

Use fandom knowledge, retail leadership, and selling skills to support Hot Topic customers and store performance seasonally.
