This Regional Director role supports iA Private Wealth Management’s advisor network across recruitment, onboarding, and business development. You will guide early-career, emerging, growing, and transitioning advisors toward disciplined execution and sustainable productivity. The role partners with the Regional Vice-President and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and recruit qualified Investment Advisors
Support onboarding and early productivity milestones
Manage advisor relationships and translate objectives into actions
Strengthen acquisition, referrals, marketing,



and retention practices
Promote CRM, planning, analytics, and digital marketing tools

Requirements:
Experience in wealth management or advisor recruitment
Robust relationship-building and cooperative influencing skills
Ability to coach growing advisors through disciplined execution
Comfort using CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration

Support Investment Advisors through recruitment, coaching, business development, and practical tool adoption across the iA Private Wealth network.
