NTT DATA seeks a Deskside Services Technician to maintain the organization’s desktop computing workplace. The work includes installing, diagnosing, and maintaining equipment, software applications, and mobile devices. You will troubleshoot desktops and notebooks, update tickets, and address end-user issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain desktop equipment, printers, and software
Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and deploy desktops and notebooks
Support in office users and off-site users remotely
Identify issues affecting end-user experience and take corrective action

Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant experience
