The Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst contributes to directional strategy and creates or modifies governance strategies, risk frameworks, and taxonomies. The role supports policy adoption, compliance, controls performance, issue management, and regulatory response. Solid communication, diplomacy, and adaptability are required.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with teams to implement data governance policies
Provide expertise on data risk and controls frameworks
Track data issues, ownership, dates, metrics, and reporting




Coordinate enterprise governance strategy rollout across functions
Develop approaches for measuring policy and practice adoption

Requirements:
Six to ten years of relevant experience
Experience in data governance, management, or process engineering
Advanced understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Bachelor's or university degree; master's preferred
Ability to manage ambiguity, deadlines, and stakeholder needs
