This Project Manager oversees maintenance projects involving one or multiple aircraft. The position coordinates Finance, customers, production, and internal departments while maintaining service excellence. Robust communication, attention to detail, MS Office, and Excel skills support project delivery and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance projects according to budget, plan, and schedule
Coordinate deposit schedules and invoices with Finance
Provide customers approvals, updates, statuses, and invoice reviews
Lead meetings and deliver timely project status reports
Analyze production and financial margins after project completion
Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or related field
Five to eight years of aviation experience required
Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Advanced MS Office and Excel skills; AME license considered
