Lead revenue operations for WES remotely in Canada, combining Salesforce expertise with strategic planning, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.

As Associate Director, you will guide Business Development and Marketing Operations while advising senior leadership. The role oversees sales operations, marketing operations, business systems, strategic projects, and organizational effectiveness. You will align sales, marketing, product, IT, production, customer service, communications, and other teams around priorities and revenue objectives. You will also manage three direct reports across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop the Revenue Operations vision, goals, and roadmap
Lead Salesforce planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management
Oversee marketing automation, integrations, lead management,



and attribution
Govern strategic projects, workflows, risks, and resource needs
Coach three direct reports across operational functions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations, or related field
Eight-plus years in sales, marketing, revenue, or commercial operations
Three-plus years leading and developing high-performing teams
Experience managing Salesforce, reporting settings, and business technologies
Solid analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder skills
