Role: Mainframe Production Support Developer

Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities
Manage application custodianship, risk assessments, problem records, and disaster recovery (DR) exercises.
Review, triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents and mailbox requests.
Perform production verification testing (PIV) using tools such as Postman and PMA.
Investigate production issues related to client data, card status, and application inquiries.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve production issues and implement changes.
Manage Thales client card purging, exception reports, password renewals, and certificate renewals.
Coordinate annual Interac and internal audits, penetration testing, and retesting.
Support Asset Compatibility Testing (ACT) and BMM enhancements.
Maintain technical documentation and coordinate testing with business stakeholders.

Key Technical Skills:

Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DB, production support, incident management, Postman, and disaster recovery.
