Serve Michaels customers at Winnipeg-Polo Park with friendly service, product guidance, and effective checkout support. Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings.

This seasonal retail position supports customers throughout the store while maintaining a positive, respectful experience. Responsibilities include cash handling, Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and Voice of Customer survey education. Team members also assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Help customers locate products and find suitable solutions
Deliver quick, friendly checkout experiences using cash-handling standards
Promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards




Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes
Support truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery

Requirements:
Retail or customer service experience preferred
At least sixteen years of age
Ability to remain standing for extended periods
Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings
