This experienced Accounting Specialist partners with Lightform’s Controller, Assistant Controller, and purchasing team. The work combines full-cycle accounts payable ownership with bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations. You will also maintain GL accounts, support accruals and month-end close, and contribute to reporting, audits, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AP automation and electronic approval improvements
- Develop better EFT workflows and ERP utilization
- Maintain GL accounts and support accruals and month-end close
- Support reporting, audits,



and special accounting projects
- Resolve vendor discrepancies while maintaining strong relationships

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of accounting experience and strong AP foundation
- Proven process improvement or new tool implementation experience
- Understanding of AP’s impact on reporting and controls
- ERP experience and solid Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization
