As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will prepare accurate documentation for healthcare and other developments. The Toronto team works across commercial, mixed-use, retail, industrial, hospitality, public, and healthcare projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare cartoon sets and production plans
- Direct tender documents and construction materials research
- Perform Contract Administration with the Contract Administrator




- Coordinate consultant work and authorities having jurisdiction
- Manage project fees, costs, time, expenses, and invoices

Requirements:

- Minimum eight to ten years of local experience
- Experience as an architectural technologist
