This Back of House Manager position oversees the operational engine behind the store’s retail and e-commerce activity. You will manage deliveries, transfers, picking, packing, shipping, supplies, and discrepancy research while communicating across store and support office teams. Success requires mathematical and cognitive skills, urgency, organization, and careful attention to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound deliveries and prepare outbound store transfers
- Maintain logical stockroom placement, labeling, order, and cleanliness
- Fulfill daily e-commerce orders from picking through shipping




- Investigate discrepancies to support inventory levels and sales
- Communicate with customer service, leaders, and other stores

Requirements:

- Three-plus years in stockrooms or distribution centers
- Two-plus years managing people and developing team members
- Strong mathematical, cognitive, and financial analysis skills
- High urgency with proactive and organized work habits
- Experience with Jesta POS, Shopify, or Slack is an asset
