Nurse Next Door seeks nursing students enrolled in a program or who completed their first year. Caregivers provide one-on-one support, follow individualized care plans, and document services accurately. The work includes activities of daily living, mobility assistance, meal preparation, companionship, and client safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients' homes
Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting
Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and light exercises




Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping tasks
Follow care plans and document provided services

Requirements:
Enrollment in nursing program or first year completed
Passion for working with seniors compassionately
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently within care guidelines
Valid screening, health testing, and two qualified references
