As an Activity Aide, you will help deliver programs supporting every dimension of wellness for residents. The work includes encouraging participation, tracking engagement, and preparing communications. Customer service experience, senior support, and recreation knowledge are valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Help plan and deliver wellness programs
Encourage participation in activities and special events
Monitor and record resident engagement levels
Support protected, welcoming activity spaces
Prepare calendars, posters, and newsletters

Requirements:
Previous customer service experience
Experience working with seniors is a robust asset
Education in recreation, gerontology, or social work
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
