Job summary

Support the installation, integration, training, and ongoing use of in-cab technology across GFL. The role provides hands‑on technical support, including troubleshooting applications and software, to help improve fleet safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Respond to user support tickets for in‑cab applications and systems.
Install and support technology solutions, including fleet management and camera systems.
Diagnose hardware and software issues on‑site and remotely, monitor system performance, and coordinate with internal teams and third‑party support.
Create training guides and knowledge base articles, and deliver training to drivers and staff.
Test fixes, follow up on resolved issues,



and communicate problems to stakeholders.
Analyze system performance and recommend upgrades or process improvements.
Travel locally for installations, training, and on‑site support.

Qualifications
Experience deploying and supporting in‑cab technology solutions, including fleet management and camera systems.
A bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant technical certifications are an asset.
Robust troubleshooting, documentation, training, and communication skills.
French-English bilingualism is highly preferred.
