Plan meaningful resident programs full time with Extendicare, using assessed needs, careful observation, and organized recordkeeping to support daily activities. This temporary full time position develops individual and group activation programs under Supervisor guidance. You will plan, implement, evaluate, develop, and revise programs while supporting resident participation. The work includes transportation, activity-area preparation, behavior monitoring, and communication with nursing staff.
