As Manager, Resident Programs, you will lead recreation staff and volunteers in a long-term care setting. You will plan meaningful activities, support community engagement, manage departmental budgets, and uphold Extendicare’s principles. This position emphasizes seniors’ well-being, resident and family satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate recreation staff and volunteers
Develop and implement meaningful resident programs

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Recreation Therapy or Therapeutic Recreation
At least one year of health care experience
Two years’ senior care program planning experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
