As a Change Management Coordinator, you will assess changes, identify organizational impacts, and support implementation activities. The work includes communication, mobilization, training, process analysis, and collaboration with managers, product owners, stakeholders, and experts. Key Responsibilities:
Assess gaps and organizational impacts across processes, roles, and skills
Develop and implement change management strategies
Coordinate communication, mobilization, training, and user support tools
Measure adherence, identify resistance risks,

Coordinate teams, sites, stakeholders, committees, workshops, and meetings

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business administration, information technology, management, or relevant field
Minimum five years of Change Management Coordinator experience
Five completed mandates of at least 105 person-days each
Experience across five projects of at least 2,500 person-days each
Background in communication, information technology, training, project management, or business analysis
