As a Transfer Coordinator, you represent CMH from key meeting points to staging areas. You manage administrative, safety, and transportation tasks while supporting guest experiences. The work includes trip reporting, guest communication, feedback collection, and logistical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities: Complete trip reports, activity forms, and safety requirements
Circulate digital guest feedback surveys
Communicate transportation updates with lodge and department managers
Act on guest requests and inquiries
Host guests confidently with a positive, outgoing presence
Requirements: Post-secondary tourism education preferred
Tour guide, group leader, or service industry experience
High-end customer service experience
Microsoft Office proficiency and software learning ability
